Padel and pickleball at half the off-peak price for anyone 60 and over. Weekday mornings, quiet courts, friendly people. Bring ID, play more, pay less.
Show us any ID confirming you're 60 or over and we'll add the 60+ Pass to your Padel Park account. Every off-peak booking is then half the listed off-peak rate — padel and pickleball alike. No monthly fee, no minimum bookings, never expires.
Off-peak pickleball is $8 per person normally. With the 60+ Pass: $4. Bring three friends and the whole court is $16.
Off-peak padel drops from $14 to $7 per person. Cheaper than golf, easier on the knees, fun all four seasons.
Free 30-minute beginner intros run weekly. Rackets, paddles and balls included. No experience, no pressure.
Most of the day, most days. Off-peak covers everything outside the busy after-work and weekend daytime windows — which means weekday mornings and afternoons are wide open for you.
Full off-peak vs standard rates available on the Court Pricing page.
Two racket sports that reward technique over power, courts kept at a comfortable temperature, mostly weekday daytime regulars, and a club that wants you to stick around.
Pickleball especially — smaller court, less running, low-impact rallies. Padel rewards placement over power. Both safer than tennis and squash.
Weekday mornings and afternoons are quieter, friendlier, and now 50% cheaper. Beat the after-work rush by an hour and have the courts to yourselves.
Open Matches and the Tuesday–Wednesday pickleball socials are how regulars meet each other. Come solo. Leave with new playing partners.
Six covered courts. No wind, no rain, no cancelled session. The lights are on and the temperature is comfortable whatever the weather is doing outside.

50% off off-peak applies from your next booking. It never expires.
Yes. Pickleball is one of the easiest racket sports to start — underhand serve, slow ball, small court. Padel is doubles-only, has glass walls that keep rallies going, and most beginners are rallying inside their first session. Our free 30-minute intros are designed exactly for first-timers.
You set the pace. Off-peak sessions are quieter and slower. Pickleball involves less running than padel — most rallies happen at the net within a small area. Many of our 60+ players are out three times a week. Several are in their 70s.
Not at all. Rackets and paddles are at the vending machine 24/7, and our staffed pro shop covers anything else. Hire one for your first few sessions before you decide.
That's the most common message we get. Use Open Matches in the app to be matched with players at your level. Or just turn up to a social — partners rotate every round so you'll play with everyone.
No. It's free to add to your account and never expires. You only pay for the courts you book, at half the off-peak rate.
Yes — court bookings are per court, not per player. Bring kids, friends, anyone. Pickleball especially is brilliant across generations.
Yes — free parking on site at 82 Duke Street, Frankton. Easy access from the door to the courts.
We're open to chats with retirement communities about group sessions and shuttle visits. Email office@padelpark.nz — we'll find a fit.
No need to buy anything to start — we hire everything you need. When you're ready, these are the picks that are kinder on the hands, easier to control, and built to last.
